What we collect
This site collects analytics data through Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It also records two interactions: that the eligibility check was run and whether the result was positive — never the answers you selected — and that the email or WhatsApp link on the contact page was clicked. This is used to understand which content is useful and in which languages.
If you contact us by email, WeChat or WhatsApp, we hold what you send us in order to respond. We do not operate a contact form on this site, and the eligibility check runs in your browser: the nationality, amount and other answers you choose are not sent to us or to Google.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish return visits from new ones. You can block these through your browser settings or a content blocker without affecting how the site works.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising trackers or remarketing pixels. We do not share enquiry details with third parties other than where necessary to respond to you.
Your rights
You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us at yli@lyd-law.com and we will respond within thirty days.
